Mission
- Located in Abu Dhabi, under the responsibility of the Regional Human Resources Director, you will assist the HR Regional Team with development, various HR & Organization projects.
HR Training & Development
- Develop the network and communication between the various agencies within the region in close coordination with the HO.
- Organize and lead learning & development sessions to support Business teams with tailored solutions.
- Collect and analyze business needs.
- Develop and lead individual or collective learning & development solutions.
- Organize all learning solutions in their scope to meet with internal and external clients.
Reporting
- Strengthen the reporting processes; the maintenance and development of HR reports (locally and to the HO).
