Role Overview

Photography & Visual Documentation

• Photograph artworks for artist portfolios, exhibitions, publications, and archives
• Capture high-quality images of furniture, products, interiors, and completed client projects
• Document exhibitions, openings, and events at Tashkeel and off-site locations
• Cover Gerbou restaurant, including menu items, space, and events

Videography & Content Creation

• Produce and edit video content across a range of formats, including short-form and long-form
• Document the full lifecycle of projects, from manufacturing and prototyping to final installation
• Film interior spaces and real estate-style walkthroughs for completed projects
• Follow artists in residence and develop short YouTube videos documenting their journeys
• Create engaging visual content aligned with Tashkeel’s identity and storytelling approach

Project & Production Coordination

• Work closely with the Project Manager and Design & Production Lead to schedule and plan shoots
• Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to align content with campaigns and communication strategies
• Ensure timely delivery of all visual content in line with project timelines
• Manage multiple shoots across different locations and projects simultaneously

Post-Production & Delivery

• Edit and deliver high-quality photo and video content suitable for digital, print, and social platforms
• Maintain consistency in visual language, tone, and quality across all outputs
• Organize and archive all visual content for easy access and future use

Role Scope

• This role covers:
• Tashkeel exhibitions, programs, and artist residencies
• Tasmeem Tashkeel client projects from concept through to completion
• Gerbou restaurant (menu, events, and space)
• Off-site exhibitions, activations, and cultural events

Requirements

• Minimum **7+ years of experience** in videography and photography
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Photography, or a related field preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across art documentation, interiors, products, and video storytelling
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar)
• Experience in filming and editing both short-form and longer narrative video content
• Ability to work across multiple environments, including studios, workshops, and live events

• Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per week
• Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
