We are looking for someone capable of building the visual identity of a modern luxury real estate brand through both photo and video content.
At Preeminent Properties, content is not simply support material — it is one of the core pillars of the brand.
Every campaign, every visual, every frame is expected to reflect the positioning, standards, and level of the company.
This is not just a listing content role.
You will be involved in luxury property showcases, branding campaigns, interviews, launches, events, cinematic lifestyle productions, social media content, podcasts, portraits, and high-end corporate storytelling.
We are looking for someone creative, reliable, detail-oriented, and fast — someone capable of operating in a demanding and fast-moving environment while consistently delivering premium-quality visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and photograph luxury properties across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Produce high-end real estate reels, campaigns, interviews, portraits, and brand content
- Capture and edit both photography and videography content to premium standards
- Handle shoots independently in different environments and conditions
- Set up and operate cameras, microphones, lighting, stabilizers, and production equipment
- Retouch and edit photography content with strong attention to detail and luxury aesthetics
- Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, storytelling, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and overall premium feel
- Collaborate with management, agents, marketing teams, and external partners on creative direction and content strategy
- Assist in producing content for launches, developer collaborations, social media campaigns, podcasts, and company branding
- Organise and manage footage, files, edits, and workflows efficiently
- Deliver content quickly while maintaining extremely high quality standards
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Proven experience in videography, photography, editing, and content production
- Strong understanding of luxury branding and premium visual aesthetics
- Excellent knowledge of Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent software
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong creative eye for cinematography, composition, lighting, framing, colour grading, retouching, and storytelling
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- UAE driving license is a strong advantage
- Real estate experience is a plus, but exceptional creative ability matters more
Important
- Attention to detail is non-negotiable
- Speed and execution matter
- We are not looking for generic editing styles or low-level social media content
- Understanding luxury aesthetics is essential for this role
