Role Overview
- Preeminent Properties is a luxury brokerage in Dubai working with high net worth individuals, investors, and end users across the Off Plan and Secondary markets.
- This is a building role: you will recruit and attract strong agents, develop the ones with potential, and set the standard the team performs to.
- You will lead from the front, by example, not from behind a spreadsheet.

Who We Are Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in Dubai real estate, with a track record of leading agents, not only closing your own deals
- Real experience recruiting and scaling a team
- Genuine coaching and people development ability. You spot potential and you bring it out
- A strong understanding of Dubai's luxury market, both off plan and secondary
- High standards and strong character. You set the tone, and people follow it
- An entrepreneurial mindset. You think like an owner, not an employee
- The ability to inspire, challenge, and elevate the people around you
