Requirements
- Proven experience in photography, videography, video editing, and motion graphics
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Reaper
- Strong working knowledge of AI powered content creation tools and workflows
- Ability to use both professional cameras and mobile phones for content creation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines

Job Overview
- Handling photography, videography, video editing, motion graphics, designing, creating content ideas, coordinating with other departments, and creating trending content for social media.
Content Creation: Photography & Videography
- Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots according to the creative brief.
- Capture high quality photographs and videos that align with the project.
- Ensure proper lighting, composition, and visual aesthetics in all content produced, according to brand guidelines.
- Ability to use both a professional camera and a mobile phone to shoot content.
- Ability to use professional grade audio equipment and editing tools to maintain consistent quality for a podcast shoot.
Content Editing
- Photography and video editing.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance visual appeal and maintain brand consistency.
- Use software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Reaper, or other relevant tools for editing.
- Strong working knowledge of AI powered content creation tools and workflows — including AI assisted video editing, generative AI for graphics/visual effects, AI voice and audio tools, and automation plugins — to speed up turnaround and unlock new creative effects.
- Incorporate AI models to get new effects and a faster editing process.
- Incorporate graphics elements, text overlays, and special effects when necessary.
Coordination with Other Departments
- Collaborate with production, sales team, execution team, and other relevant teams to understand content needs and strategies.
- Communicate effectively to align on project goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions to improve the content quality.
- Maintain clear and open communication with team members and departments.
Understanding Main Projects and Coverage
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's main projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Research and brainstorm creative ideas and align with project goals for the target audience.
- Ensure that the content produced effectively communicates the key messages and objectives of the projects.
Creating Trending Content
- Stay up to date with current trends, viral topics, newsletters, and popular culture in the relevant industry.
- Adapt content strategies to leverage trending topics and viral opportunities.
- Experiment with new formats, styles, and techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies (particularly AI tools and platforms reshaping content creation), and creative techniques in photography, videography, and content creation.
Content Strategy and Planning
- Develop a content calendar that outlines the schedule for photoshoots, video shoots, editing, and publishing.
- Ensure that the content aligns with the brand's values, tone, and messaging.
- Review final content to ensure it meets the quality standard and is error free.
Time and Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Prioritize tasks and allocate time efficiently to meet content production schedules.
Uploading And Publishing
- Upload and publish all the latest work on all social media platforms at the optimal time.
- Convert the content according to the platform's requirements.
