About the Role

- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various platforms (social media, websites, ads, corporate presentations)
- Develop compelling video concepts that align with brand goals
- Use professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high quality footage
- Edit raw footage, add effects, graphics, and sound to create polished final products
- Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging
- Optimize videos for different formats, including short form social media content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Manage video equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and up to date
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in videography, video editing, or related roles
- Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects (preferred)
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling
- Experience in shooting with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, drones, and gimbals
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous video work

- Post Production: Edit raw footage, add effects, graphics, and sound to create polished final products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- Content Adaptation: Optimize videos for different formats, including short form social media content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Equipment Maintenance: Manage video equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and up to date.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience in videography, video editing, or related roles.
- Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects (preferred).
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling.
- Experience in shooting with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, drones, and gimbals.
- Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and sound design is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous video work.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in social media video trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Knowledge of 360 degree videos, VR, and live streaming.
- Basic animation and motion graphics skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
