- Manage the end to end recruitment process for assigned positions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen applications, conduct HR interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in the UAE
- Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems such as Odoo, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- UAE real estate recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Officer (Arabic Speaker) to join our HR team in Abu Dhabi.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for assigned positions.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 5,000 AED 6,000 per month
