About the Role
We are seeking a performance-focused Video Editor to produce conversion-driven video content for DTC eCommerce brands. You will edit high-performing creative assets for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, collaborating with strategists and designers.

Responsibilities
- Edit high quality video content that aligns with each brand's identity and objectives
- Produce a variety of creative formats including UGC advertisements, founder led content, product demonstrations, motion graphic ads, and performance marketing creatives
- Optimise creative assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
- Apply best practices for pacing, retention, hooks, storytelling, and conversion focused editing
- Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Account Managers, Designers, and Clients
- Implement client and internal feedback efficiently and accurately
- Organise project files and maintain production workflows
- Stay up to date with social media trends, editing techniques, and platform developments
Requirements
- 2+ years of video editing experience, preferably within eCommerce, marketing, or agency environments
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong working knowledge of After Effects
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Understanding of direct response advertising and performance creative principles
- Strong skills in motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, color correction, and creative storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills and fluent written/spoken English

Salary
- $1,100 – $1,700 USD/month based on experience and skill level.
