Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of social media content formats and platform trends.
• Good eye for visuals, composition, lighting, storytelling, and editing rhythm.
• Ability to create both professional corporate content and trend-based social content.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, or other design tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple content requests.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take direction and translate feedback into improved content.
• Understanding of brand consistency and visual quality control.
• Comfortable working behind the camera and directing people during shoots when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Communications, Film Production, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in content creation, social media content, videography, video editing, or digital marketing.
• Candidate must provide a portfolio or show reel showcasing previous video, photo, social media, or campaign content.
