- Lead the end to end supply chain strategy across procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution
- Drive operational efficiencies, service levels, and cost optimization initiatives across the supply chain network
- Develop and implement scalable supply chain processes aligned with business growth objectives
- Oversee S&OP, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier performance management
- Lead large scale logistics and distribution operations across multiple regions/sites
- Build strategic relationships with suppliers, distributors, and third party logistics providers
- Drive digital transformation, automation, and ERP/supply chain systems enhancement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop high performing supply chain teams
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within the FMCG sector
- Proven experience managing large scale supply chain operations in a complex, high volume environment
- Strong expertise in planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
- Demonstrated success in driving transformation, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives
- Experience leading cross functional and multicultural teams
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

Role Overview
- We are partnering with a leading FMCG organization to appoint a highly strategic and operationally driven Vice President – Supply Chain to lead and transform end to end supply chain operations across a large scale, fast paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end supply chain strategy across procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
