Real Estate Legal & Asset Management
- Lead and oversee all legal matters relating to the Group’s real estate assets, developments, acquisitions, disposals, leasing activities, and investment structures.
- Conduct legal due diligence on land, title deeds (Sak), ownership structures, and asset-related transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements including sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, development agreements, joint ventures, and strategic partnership documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Saudi real estate regulations including REGA, Ejar, Wafi, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Support the legal structuring and protection of the Group’s real estate portfolio and long-term asset interests.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities regarding registrations, approvals, permits, and property-related legal matters.
Corporate & Commercial Legal
- Oversee corporate governance matters including board resolutions, shareholder documentation, commercial registrations, and entity structuring.
- Provide legal support on commercial contracts, procurement agreements, construction-related documentation, and operational matters across Group entities.
- Advise senior management on legal risk exposure, commercial strategy, and contractual obligations.
- Support financing arrangements, investment transactions, and strategic partnerships from a legal and compliance perspective.
Litigation & Risk Management
- Manage all legal disputes, litigation matters, arbitration cases, and claims involving the Group.
- Coordinate with external law firms and licensed Saudi legal advisors on dispute resolution strategy and legal proceedings.
- Monitor legal risk exposure across the Group and implement preventive legal measures to protect the business and its assets.
- Maintain structured reporting on ongoing legal matters and risk areas for executive management.
Legal Operations & Leadership
- Build and lead an effective in-house legal and compliance function aligned with the Group’s operational growth.
- Develop legal templates, approval workflows, compliance processes, and contract management systems.
- Manage relationships with external legal advisors, consultants, and specialist firms while ensuring cost efficiency and service quality.
- Promote a culture of governance, compliance, and legal awareness across the organization.
