- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals
- Provide guidance on organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and workforce optimization
- Lead manpower planning activities, including headcount forecasting and resource allocation
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
- Support annual HR budgeting and workforce cost planning processes
- Review, revise, and draft HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders across departments
- Monitor key HR metrics and prepare management reports to support strategic workforce decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner role
- Proven experience working within the UAE/GCC region with strong understanding of local labor legislation
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Master's degree in HR Management, MBA, or related discipline preferred
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM CP/SHRM SCP, PHR/SPHR, or CIPD Level 5/7 preferred

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and drive people initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to management, providing expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR compliance.
- The role requires strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, stakeholder management, budgeting, forecasting, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and workforce requirements.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
- Lead manpower planning activities, including headcount forecasting and resource allocation.
