Position Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and drive people initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to management, providing expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR compliance.
  • The role requires strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, stakeholder management, budgeting, forecasting, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and workforce requirements.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
  • Lead manpower planning activities, including headcount forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Support annual HR budgeting and workforce cost planning processes.
  • Review, revise, and draft HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders across departments.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including turnover, retention, headcount, and workforce productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (MBA), or related discipline preferred.
  • Professional HR certifications such as SHRM CP/SHRM SCP, PHR/SPHR, or CIPD Level 5/7 preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Proven experience working within the UAE/GCC region with strong understanding of local labor legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in workforce planning, HR transformation, and policy governance initiatives.
