Job Purpose

  • The candidate will support Client Advisors in managing client relationships by delivering a superior client experience.
  • Provide exceptional organizational support to Client Advisors and senior leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support team of Client Advisors and Vice President – Wealth Management in developing, managing, and retaining existing UHNW client relationships.
  • Collaborate with Investment Portfolio Management team to provide customized investment solutions and financial planning portfolios.
  • Respond promptly to all client queries and instructions; monitor transactions and activities in client accounts.
  • Work with other departments to ensure seamless client resolution experience.
  • Uphold firm’s values, reputation, and standing when representing Lighthouse Canton externally.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted within regulatory framework and adhere to internal policies.
  • Coordinate with business partners to understand how their services integrate with practices and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (Master’s degree or certifications like CFP/CFA preferred).
  • Preferably CACS certified (Module 1 & 2).
  • 6–7 years of experience in private banking or wealth management industry preferred.

Domain Skills

  • Strong understanding of financial services industry and financial consulting responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated interest in financial, global, and capital markets.
  • Experience in understanding and addressing financial needs of Ultra High Net Worth clients.

  • Commitment to exceptional client service through professional excellence and ethical standards.
