- Coordinate daily vessel operations and monitor voyage performance
- Communicate with Masters, agents, charterers, terminals, and port authorities
- Ensure smooth execution of voyages, cargo operations, and port calls
- Monitor vessel schedules, turnaround time, and operational efficiency
- Prepare and review voyage instructions, reports, and operational documentation
- Coordinate bunkering, port services, and husbandry matters
- Monitor compliance with company procedures, charter party requirements, and international maritime regulations
- Handle operational issues, delays, and emergency situations in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
- Support cost control and operational budgeting activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in shipping operations or maritime industry preferred
- Good understanding of vessel operations, port activities, and shipping documentation
- Knowledge of charter party terms and voyage operations is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
