The Mission

We need a "Company Builder" who can take raw ideas and transform them into high-growth, market-ready ecosystems with surgical precision. Your job is to lead venture ideation, engineer bulletproof business models, and execute validation strategies that lay the foundation for the next generation of our digital footprint. This is a remote, high-availability role for a strategic operator who views business building as an elite craft and is comfortable operating at the absolute forefront of the Web3 economy.

Key Responsibilities
- Venture Ideation: Proactively scout market inefficiencies, consumer trends, and technological shifts to conceptualize high-velocity digital ventures.
- Business Model Design: Architect the economic engine, incentive structures, and financial models for new ventures, ensuring long-term sustainability and market dominance.
- Market Validation: Deploy rigorous quantitative and qualitative validation frameworks to stress-test concepts against real-world demand before deploying significant capital.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and orchestrate high-impact launch strategies, identifying distribution channels and growth loops that maximize early adoption and momentum.
- Founder Collaboration: Partner closely with incoming founders and executive talent, serving as the strategic backbone during the critical early phases of formation.
- Venture Incubation: Oversee the end-to-end incubation pipeline, guiding ventures from initial blueprint through proof-of-concept to fully independent execution.
