The Vendor Sales Manager drives ServiceNow revenue growth, demand generation, pipeline creation, partner engagement, and services attachment across an assigned region.
The role combines channel sales, business development, solution positioning, stakeholder management, and vendor leadership.
Responsibilities
- Drive ServiceNow revenue growth, gross profit performance, and pipeline creation.
- Build pipeline through partner engagement, co-sell initiatives, and end-user account development.
- Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Execute joint business plans and growth strategies with Partner Account Managers.
- Build relationships with partner sales teams, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Position ServiceNow solutions against customer challenges, outcomes, and value propositions.
- Support customer meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, business reviews, and sales enablement.
- Provide deal strategy, commercial support, and margin optimization recommendations.
- Drive services attachment with Services, Marketing, Customer Success, and Commercial teams.
- Support partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and capability development.
- Build incremental end-user partner pipeline through partners.
- Maintain forecasting, CRM hygiene, and performance reporting.
Qualifications and experience
- Five to ten years of vendor sales, channel sales, business development, and account management experience is required.
- Experience with technology vendors, channel partners, MSPs, consultancies, or systems integrators is required.
- A track record of pipeline generation and revenue target achievement is required.
- ServiceNow knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, or ITSM is highly desirable.
- Strong partner ecosystem and co-sell knowledge is required.
- Commercial acumen in qualification, forecasting, and deal progression is required.
- Presentation and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership and C-suite audiences are required.
- CRM experience such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience is required.
