About the Role
Esnad Contracting is seeking a Vendor Master Data Specialist to own vendor record creation and maintenance, ensuring due diligence, sanctions screening, and data accuracy in NetSuite ERP.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain vendor records in the ERP after verifying onboarding documentation
- Verify commercial registration, tax registration, and national address against government portals
- Run sanctions screening against international and local lists at onboarding and quarterly
- Run duplicate vendor checks on legal name, registration number, tax number, and bank account
- Perform independent bank confirmation through call back before activating banking details
- Process address, contact, banking, and tax data changes, and manage deactivation/reactivation
- Maintain vendor change log with maker and checker separation
- Manage renewals of expiring documentation and retain due diligence file
Requirements
- Hands on NetSuite experience is mandatory
- Proven experience in vendor management and vendor master data maintenance
- Two to four years of relevant experience
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- High attention to detail and strong data discipline

Job Purpose

Qualifications and Experience
- Educational background is open
- Hands on NetSuite experience is mandatory
- Proven experience in vendor management and vendor master data maintenance
- Two to four years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with KYC and AML screening principles is an advantage
- Fluent in Arabic and English

- Strong command of NetSuite vendor records and related workflows
- High attention to detail and strong data discipline
- Methodical, process driven, and comfortable with documentation
- Sound judgment in identifying duplicate or high risk vendors
