Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspections of civil construction activities including excavation, backfilling, compaction, concrete works, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, finishing, and other related civil works.
- Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, project specifications, Method Statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Inspect and verify materials delivered to site to ensure compliance with approved submittals and project requirements.
- Prepare, submit, and coordinate WIRs/MIRs with the Consultant/Client.
- Witness and coordinate required field and laboratory tests, including soil, concrete, reinforcement, and other civil quality tests.
- Identify and report non conforming work and follow up on corrective actions with the site team.
- Maintain and update all quality records, inspection reports, test reports, WIR/MIR records, NCRs, and related QC documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience as a Civil QC Inspector in infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of civil quality control, project specifications, ASTM & ACI standards, and quality procedures
- Previous experience or approval in Saudi Aramco, NEOM, SABIC, or Royal Commission projects (Mandatory)
- Relevant QC certifications (Preferred)
