Overview

  • We are seeking a commercially driven Vendor Acquisition Manager to lead vendor sourcing, onboarding, and partnership development across key home product and home service categories.
  • This role is primarily office based in Jeddah, with regular field visits required to identify, meet, and onboard vendors.
  • The ideal candidate brings established marketplace relationships and can efficiently convert industry connections into active, revenue generating partnerships from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard vendors aligned with category and growth targets
  • Conduct regular field visits to source and engage potential vendor partners
  • Build, manage and continuously optimize a strong vendor acquisition pipeline
  • Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and partnership agreements
  • Drive vendor onboarding readiness, ensuring vendors meet catalog, operational, SLA, and go live requirements.
  • Drive vendor activation, long term engagement, and SLA compliance
  • Lead a field team managing account portfolios
  • Collaborate with CX, Marketing, and HQ to support campaigns and growth initiatives
  • Track and report vendor performance metrics to senior leadership

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in vendor acquisition, category management, marketplace growth, trade operations, or supply acquisition (Experience working in startups, marketplaces, or high growth environments is strongly preferred.)
  • Background in marketplace, e commerce / digital commerce, retail ecosystems, distribution, FMCG, or fast growing digital businesses
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track pipeline, onboarding, and vendor performance KPIs.
  • 2–3 years of experience managing field teams, account portfolios or vendor relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities
  • Established vendor network within relevant home industries
  • Strong persuasion, influencing, and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English — spoken and written
  • Valid Saudi driving license — field visits are a regular requirement of this role
