Role overview
Move, inspect, maintain, clean, and fuel vehicles within a storage yard before delivery.
Follow yard, fuel station, vehicle quality, and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Drive vehicles between locations according to daily instructions.
- Follow yard rules and prioritize safety and vehicle quality.
- Perform basic vehicle quality inspections.
- Provide ad hoc operational support as requested by the supervisor.
- Affix RFID tags and operate RFID scanners.
- Perform battery health and battery fluid checks using authorized devices.
- Top up battery fluids according to instructions.
- Wax vehicle chrome parts and wash vehicles before delivery.
- Dispense fuel according to applicable norms.
- Manage fuel station activities under safety protocols.
- Record daily fuel utilization and perform fuel stocktaking.
- Inspect vehicle exterior, interior, and moving parts.
Requirements
- Ability to drive and position vehicles safely within the storage yard.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections covering exterior, interior, and moving parts.
- Ability to use RFID tags, scanners, and authorized devices for vehicle and battery checks.
- Ability to follow yard, fuel station, and vehicle safety procedures.
