Role Overview
Sell vehicles, accessories, warranty, finance, and insurance products while meeting sales and customer-satisfaction targets.
Manage the sales process from prospecting and customer consultation through negotiation, closing, vehicle delivery, and post-sales follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Follow all sales-process stages, including prospecting, greeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, commitment, closure, delivery, and follow-up.
- Ensure documentation complies with company policy and coordinate with other departments to complete sales.
- Report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while maximizing profit from each transaction.
- Close opportunities, maintain the customer base, and support finance and insurance product selection.
- Schedule customer follow-ups, deliveries, and new customer acquisition activities.
- Help customers select suitable vehicles and provide personalized sales experiences.
- Meet SSI targets through excellent customer service.
- Collect and submit accurate customer details and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensure sold vehicles are delivered smoothly, cleanly, and without defects as promised.
