Role Overview
Support the Value Creation Programme within the Portfolio Programme Management Office.
Coordinate, track and report progress across digital transformation, configuration management, operating model and platforming initiatives.
Provide leaders with visibility of milestones, risks, actions, dependencies and benefits.
Work across multiple stakeholders and help maintain accurate, actionable programme information.
What You'll Be Doing
- Track programme milestones, actions, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Maintain programme plans, schedules and reporting packs.
- Produce dashboards, status reports and executive updates.
- Coordinate governance reviews, workshops and steering meetings.
- Manage action logs and ensure stakeholder follow-up.
- Support benefit tracking, financial reporting and performance monitoring.
- Maintain SharePoint repositories and programme documentation.
- Identify reporting gaps, data quality issues and emerging delivery risks.
- Improve programme controls, governance and reporting standards.
