About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and credit underwriting of prospective investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models to assess investment returns, downside risks, and capital structures.
- Perform due diligence on borrowers, fund managers, industries, and market opportunities.
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendations for internal investment committees.
- Support transaction execution, including review of legal documentation and coordination with external advisors.
- Monitor portfolio investments and managers, analysing financial performance, covenant compliance, and key risk indicators.
- Produce regular portfolio and market reports for senior management.
- Conduct market research on private credit strategies, sectors, and investment trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in private credit, leveraged finance, investment banking, corporate banking, asset management, private equity, or credit analysis
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, credit analysis, and capital structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

About The Role

- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
