Responsibilities
- Drive company van (manual transmission) to assigned routes across UAE
- Promote and sell smart lock products to retailers, distributors, and project customers
- Conduct basic product demonstrations and explain features/benefits of smart locks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hardware stores, locksmiths, and dealers
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers
- Load, unload, and safely handle stock in the vehicle
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper inventory control
- Collect payments and ensure timely settlement from customers
- Submit daily sales reports and route updates to management
- Gather market feedback on competitor products and pricing
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of the vehicle and sales materials
Requirements
- Valid manual driving license (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in field sales / van sales (preferably in hardware)
- Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn smart lock systems
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to explain product features clearly to customers
- Good numerical skills for billing and cash handling
- Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable with field based work

Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Van Salesman to promote and sell our smart lock products across retail stores, hardware shops, and project sites.
- The role involves direct field sales, product demonstrations, customer relationship building, and ensuring timely delivery and collection of payments.
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills and a valid manual driving license.
Key Responsibilities
