  • As a Business Development Executive at Ojismart, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales in the smart lock and security solutions sector
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including developers, contractors, architects, and system integrators
  • Product Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of Ojismart’s smart lock solutions
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring continuous revenue growth
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely follow ups to close deals efficiently
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure the smooth delivery of customer solutions and post sales support

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 3 years of business development experience, ideally in the smart security, technology, or construction sectors
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Skills: Proven track record in sales and business development with a focus on new client acquisition and relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of smart security solutions, including smart locks, access control systems, and IoT technology
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • License: A valid UAE driving license is required for this position
  • Languages: Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus
