About the Role
The Van Sales Representative is responsible for selling, delivering, and promoting agro commodity and FMCG products directly to customers along assigned routes. This role is ideal for energetic, target-driven individuals who enjoy sales, customer interaction, and being on the move.

- Drive company van to deliver foodstuff, FMCG, and agro products to customers
- Actively sell and promote products to existing and new customers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build strong and long term customer relationships through excellent service
- Handle product loading, packing, and ensure goods are secured during delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, collections, and documents
- Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory control
- Gather market feedback, customer needs, and competitor information
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and basic daily maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in van sales on agro commodity specifically in UAE Market
- Familiar with local routes and customer handling
- Basic numeracy and record keeping skills
- Physically fit and able to handle goods
- Honest, responsible, and self motivated
- UAE Manual Driving License

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive company van to deliver foodstuff, FMCG, and agro products to customers.
- Actively sell and promote products to existing and new customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in van sales on agro commodity specifically in UAE Market.
- Preferred immediate joinee.
- Familiar with local routes and customer handling.
- Basic numeracy and record keeping skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle goods.
- Honest, responsible, and self motivated.
- Mandatory Requirement UAE Manual Driving License.
