- Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer preferences and specifications, ensuring accuracy in portion control
- Display meat products in an appealing and organized manner, monitor and rotate stock to maintain freshness
- Operate machinery such as slicers, grinders, and band saws safely
- Inspect meat products for quality, freshness, and proper labeling; dispose of expired or spoiled products
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and store procedures
- Minimize wastage and maximize yield during meat processing
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of butchery experience in a supermarket or minimart
- Proven butchery counter experience in supermarket/retail shops
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- We are looking for a reliable and customer focused Butcher to manage our supermarket, handling butchery of fish, meat and all related for smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer preferences and specifications, ensuring accuracy in portion control.
- Display meat products in an appealing and organized manner, monitor and rotate stock to maintain freshness.
- Operate machinery such as slicers, grinders, and band saws safely, and support promotional activities and seasonal meat displays.
- Inspect meat products for quality, freshness, and proper labeling; dispose of expired or spoiled products following established procedures.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and store procedures.
- Minimize wastage and maximize yield during meat processing.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience preferably in supermarket/minimart.
- Proven track record of butchery counter experience in supermarket/retail shops.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Pay
- AED 1,800 AED 2,000 per month
