- Quantity surveying and commercial management best practice with sound understanding of construction contracts and contract administration procedures.

- Managing tending process and overseeing external consultants and valuers engaged by the bank.
- Proactively monitoring risks associated with the financed projects, coordinating with CCU and CRE team pre and post sanction.
- Conduct real estate valuation and reviewing external valuers’ reports
- Reviewing feasibility studies and contractors’ profiles for performance capability.
