Role Overview
- The HR Business Partner (Emiratization) will serve as a strategic liaison across the UAE branch, driving effective implementation of HR initiatives and programs in alignment with the Bank's objectives.
- Operating cross functionally, the HRBP will proactively engage with business and support units to deliver high impact HR solutions, resolve stakeholder queries, and provide expert guidance on people related matters.
- The job holder will ensure consistent and compliant HR service delivery in collaboration with specialized HR functions, while adhering to regulatory mandates, government directives, and internal policies.
- The HRBP will also support operational and administrative requirements of the branch, enabling business continuity and fostering a high performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the PRO function of the branch, ensuring compliance with the UAE labor laws, immigration mandates, and government regulations, including coordination with the entities, as necessary.
