Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with client assignments through market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentations, and internal and external meetings.
  • Conduct regional market research and field research when required, subject to visa considerations.
  • Support client pitches, presentations, and proposals.
  • Contribute to research and marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Report to the head of valuations and relevant assignment leads.

Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrate a strong financial and analytical background with attention to detail.
  • Organize and coordinate multiple tasks according to priorities.
  • Work rigorously and autonomously while meeting demanding deadlines.
  • Manage stress and accept constructive feedback.

Professional Competencies

  • Use MS Word for report writing.
  • Prepare succinct PowerPoint presentations.
  • Demonstrate excellent understanding of MS Excel and financial modelling.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively through written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline or postgraduate in real estate or finance.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Arabic is preferred, but selection is primarily based on calibre and profile.
