Valeda Practice Activation Manager - Surgical Sales

Partner with installed Valeda clinics to accelerate activation and increase treatment utilization.

Execute local education and demand-generation activities such as webinars, roadshows, follow-up programs and referral-building initiatives.

Deploy approved Valeda content across relevant professional, trade and patient-facing channels.

Coordinate patient awareness initiatives, including local direct-to-patient activities and testimonial collection where permitted.

Support clinic teams with onboarding, staff education and workflow optimization to reduce time from installation to first treatment.

Track leads, activation progress and treatment utilization, ensuring clear handover and follow-up with sales, digital and CRM stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in a commercial, scientific, marketing, healthcare or related discipline.

Experience in ophthalmology, retina, medical device, healthcare marketing, practice development, field marketing or sales activation. Commercial roles will add value to the CV.

Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build trust with clinics, doctors, practice managers and staff.

Ability to translate marketing programs into local execution and measurable patient-flow impact.

Strong project management, follow-up discipline and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Understanding of digital marketing

Comfortable working with CRM, lead tracking, campaign follow-up and basic performance reporting.

Strong knowledge of local compliance requirements for patient-facing communication, testimonials and educational activities is added value.
