About the Role

- Conduct detailed cost estimates for interior fit out projects, including materials, labor, and associated expenses
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to ensure accurate cost assessments
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints
- Prepare competitive and timely bid proposals for prospective clients
- Research and source materials, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain accurate pricing information
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure cost effectiveness
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase
- Provide ongoing cost analysis and identify potential cost saving opportunities
- Collaborate with project teams to address any budget variances and propose solutions
- Stay abreast of industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and advancements in construction materials
- Utilize market knowledge to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and subcontractors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Interior Fit Out Estimator, preferably in a similar industry
