About the Role
Exceptional Interior Decoration Company seeks a Site Foreman for interior fit-out projects in Riyadh. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring quality workmanship in high-end finishing works.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and labor teams
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Monitor workmanship, quality, and productivity
- Report daily progress and site issues to the Site Manager
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures
- Resolve day to day site issues and support timely project execution
- Monitor material usage and maintain good site housekeeping
- Supervise high end interior finishing works including woodwork, joinery, flooring, stone, marble, tiling, ceiling, and wall finishes
Requirements
- Proven experience in Interior Fit Out projects (mandatory)
- 3–5 years of relevant site supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of finishing works and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Valid driving license is preferred
