Responsibilities:

Making fair and accurate lending decisions

Hitting daily KPI’s

Reviewing applications and recording high ‑ quality notes

Focusing on positive customer outcomes in every decision

Spotting process improvements and sharing ideas with the team

Working alongside QA, Training & Compliance to keep standards high

Helping test new tools, policies and automation features

We are looking for:

Strong communicator and team player

Organised, detail ‑ driven and able to stay calm in a busy environment

Confident using IT systems and quick to learn new systems

Curious mindset with a passion for improvement

Experience in financial services

Positive attitude

Desirable:

Financial services experience
