Role Overview
Build and support business-critical platform functionality in a fast-moving fintech environment.
Work with established codebases to modernize core systems used in lending and customer workflows.
The role focuses on reliable software changes, production troubleshooting, and collaboration across product and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and maintain application changes across core business platforms.
- Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code.
- Investigate production issues involving application behavior, service calls, database records, and data consistency.
- Partner with product, QA, support, and DevOps to deliver features, validate fixes, and support releases.
- Improve software quality through code reviews and refactoring.
- Participate in meetings, provide feedback, and collaborate respectfully across functions.
- Own end-to-end projects and drive them to timely completion.
- Maintain accountability, honesty, transparency, security, privacy, and compliance in software work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
