Utility Team Member

Are you someone who enjoys variety in your workday and takes pride in being a dependable team player? We're looking for a Utility Team Member to support multiple areas of our operation and help keep our facility running smoothly.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work across several departments, including Meat Production, Sanitation, and Warehouse Operations . This position plays an important role in supporting production needs, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, and assisting with warehouse activities as needed.

Support daily operations within our Meat Production department.

Assist with product handling, preparation, and general production tasks.

Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Support sanitation efforts

Assist with warehouse duties, including material movement and organization as needed.

Work collaboratively with multiple teams to help achieve production and operational goals.

Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Willingness to learn and support multiple departments.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable attendance and dependability.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.

Previous production, sanitation, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
