Follows HACCP and Food Safety principles and verify compliance to all Critical Control points and Preventative Quality Checkpoints to ensure a safe quality product is produced consistently.
Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.

· Minimum six months experience in a Production capacity or related role in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred. • Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to make simple math calculations and measurements.
Ability to read and speak basic English.
Possess manual dexterity to manipulate hand jack and strength to pull +30lbs
Must be able to lift 50 pounds to shoulder height on an intermittent basis.
Understanding of basic principles of the SQF program and other food safety policies/procedures
Ability to use basic tools and make simple mechanical adjustments.
Willingness to work in hot, humid, and noisy environment.
Willingness to work independently with minimum instructions.
Willingness to work some weekends and overtime as needed.
Adhere to all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Procedures.
Maintain records, communicate, and correct out of control conditions.
