Programmed Facility Management has recently been awarded a new contract at Tropicana and Sunrise Dam, and we’re expanding our team to support ongoing operations.

Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster out of Perth, this role is best suited to candidates with a strong utility background and bus driving experience, rather than those seeking a driving-only role.

This is a utility-focused role, with bus driving forming part of your shift.
You’ll support a range of village utility tasks, while also assisting with the safe transport of personnel between airport, village, and site access points.
You’ll be part of a small team responsible for keeping operations running efficiently, supporting both day-to-day village needs and transport requirements.

You’re an experienced utility worker who is comfortable taking on a varied, hands-on role, with the flexibility to step into driving duties when required.
You understand the demands of FIFO and are happy to contribute across multiple areas to support the team.
Proven experience in a utility or village operations role
Previous FIFO or mine site experience (highly regarded)
Experience driving buses up to 52-seater
Ability to work in a physically active role (manual handling, outdoor work)
