Applicants must hold active SC clearance and have worked within a government department within the past 12 months.
Proven experience in User Research, UX Research, or Human-Centred Design
Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
Experience conducting usability testing and translating findings into improvements
Ability to synthesise complex information into clear insights
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in data, governance, compliance, or enterprise environments is desirable
