Data Governance Manager- Remote

Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, standards, and policies across the organisation

Manage and coach a team of data governance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture

Partner with Data Owners and Data Stewards to embed data management practices and accountability

Ensure compliance with data protection and security requirements in collaboration with DPO and Information Security teams

Define, monitor, and report on data governance metrics including data quality, lineage, and integrity

Strong experience working in data governance, data management, or data quality within a complex organisation

Proven experience developing and implementing data governance frameworks and policies

Experience managing or mentoring teams and driving organisational change

Experience with data governance tools such as Microsoft Purview (or similar platforms), including data catalogue, lineage, and metadata management capabilities

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across business and technical teams

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in data governance, data management, or a related discipline
