About the Role
We are seeking a User Research Intern to assist in all aspects of user research projects, including project design, user recruitment, project execution, data analysis, and research reports.
The role involves conducting market information gathering and sharing local lifestyle observations to inspire the team to offer good service to local customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of user research projects, including project design, user recruitment, project execution, data analysis, and research reports.
- Conduct continuous market information gathering through various channels about local retail business.
- Share local lifestyle observations with the team: recommended dining/entertainment venues, Notable trends in local living/shopping behaviors to inspire team to offer good service to local customers.
- Handle daily English-Arabic bilingual translation tasks.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (must be capable of using English as a working language).
- Experience in user interviews/questionnaire design is preferred.
- Background in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Sociable, lifestyle-driven, and strong research aptitude and natural curiosity.
