About the Role
GOGETIT Delivery LLC is seeking a User Experience Executive in Dubai, UAE.
The role supports customers, partners, and drivers through customer experience, order support, telecalling, monitoring, and back-office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and partner or driver queries and follow-ups.
- Provide order-related support and coordinate with Operations.
- Manage calls, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Monitor customer and partner experience and share feedback.
- Maintain records, reports, and system updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues on time.
- Provide back-office and administrative support.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and English communication skills.
- Strong telephone handling and customer service skills.
- Partner and driver relationship management.
- Active listening, empathy, and patience.
- Problem-solving and conflict handling.
- Multitasking, follow-up, attention to detail, and time management.
- Team coordination and basic computer skills.
