Role Overview
GOGETIT Delivery LLC is hiring a full-time Operations Executive in Dubai, UAE.
The role manages daily order operations, driver coordination, customer support, order allocation, and operational reporting.
Order Management
- Monitor incoming and ongoing orders through the operational system.
- Track orders and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor pending, delayed, cancelled, and problematic orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues.
- Maintain accurate order records and follow operational SOPs.
Driver Coordination
- Allocate orders manually to available drivers when required.
- Select drivers based on location, availability, vehicle type, and order requirements.
- Follow up with drivers on order acceptance and delivery progress.
- Reassign orders when required.
Customer and Driver Support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and drivers.
- Provide delivery updates and support with operational concerns.
- Coordinate pickup, delivery, location, and delay issues with drivers.
