- Build design files and documentation for Front End Designers and Developers
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure UX initiative effectiveness
Requirements
- Related university degree in design or related field plus 2 years progressively responsible experience in design and research
- Expert knowledge of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices across the entire design lifecycle
- Advanced skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Proficiency with industry standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent facilitation and consulting skills

Job Information
- Job Title: User Experience Designer
- Full Time, Permanent
- Hours: 36.25 hours per week
- Location: Edmonton
- Salary: $2,935.39 $3,850.29 bi weekly ($76,613 $100,492 annually)
Role Responsibilities
- Complete research and analysis for evidence based design decisions
- Lead planning and execution of comprehensive user research
- Translate user feedback into high fidelity mock ups
- Build design files and documentation
- Establish and monitor KPIs for UX initiatives
- Continuously improve processes within the RADX team
Qualifications
- Related university degree plus 2 years experience in design and research
- Expert knowledge of UX principles and methodologies
- Advanced skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent facilitation and consulting skills
Assets
- Understanding of UX and web design best practices
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
