Use Case Governance and Operations Manager

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously enhance McCain’s Responsible AI standards across fairness, accuracy, reliability, transparency, privacy, and accountability
• Establish evaluation methodologies, quality thresholds, and governance criteria for AI use cases throughout their lifecycle
• Lead and facilitate stage-gate reviews from solution design through deployment and ongoing operational monitoring
• Maintain AI evaluation frameworks, testing datasets, validation practices, and red-teaming processes
• Own and administer the Green/Yellow/Red (RAG) risk classification process across the AI portfolio
• Partner with Enterprise Risk, Privacy, and Architecture stakeholders to ensure governance and policy alignment
• Deliver portfolio-level reporting on use case status, quality metrics, adoption, value realization, incidents, and model performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen AI governance, quality, and operational excellence
• Ensure documentation, model records, decision logs, and governance controls support audit and compliance requirements
• Provide governance leadership and guidance across the AI organization while maintaining appropriate separation of duties from demand intake and prioritization
