About the role
The Director, AI Workforce Transformation leads McCain’s enterprise AI workforce transformation agenda.
This organizational development, culture, and change leadership role focuses on sustainable AI adoption and human-centered reinvention.
The role reports to the VP, Global Communications & Change.
AI transformation strategy
- Design and lead an enterprise-wide AI workforce transformation strategy.
- Integrate communication, change, and learning to drive tool adoption, workflow redesign, and high-value use cases.
- Coordinate working rhythms across Digital Technology, HR, and key stakeholders.
- Build enterprise-wide AI fluency through an ongoing learning strategy.
Work redesign and measurement
- Identify where AI can simplify, augment, or fundamentally redesign work.
- Partner with functions and business teams to create future-state human and AI ways of working.
- Assess change impacts for AI use cases and identify appropriate support.
- Evolve KPI frameworks to track value from AI adoption and workforce transformation.
