The Value Engineer will support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) READI contract by performing value engineering analyses for emergency response, disaster recovery, infrastructure restoration, and resiliency projects. This role provides expertise in evaluating project designs, engineering solutions, construction methods, and lifecycle costs to identify opportunities for improved performance, enhanced constructability, reduced costs, and optimized resource utilization while maintaining project quality, safety, and mission requirements.
The Value Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, environmental professionals, construction managers, and government stakeholders to evaluate alternatives and develop recommendations that maximize project value. Our core services include on-site inspection of roadway, bridge, and utility construction to ensure adherence to engineering specifications, safety standards, and contract requirements.
