Job Summary

We specialize in sourcing skilled professionals for Engineering, Construction, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors.
We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Project HSE Manager to lead and oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental operations for one of our billionaire ongoing projects (Client) in Abu Dhabi ,UAE.
The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, international HSE standards, and company policies while promoting a proactive safety culture across all project activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and international standards.
- Lead project HSE teams and conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Manage risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.
- Conduct HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Ensure ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and compliance documentation.
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across all project operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HSE Managerial position.(Mandatory)
- Level 6 Diploma in HSE.
- Local Competency Requirement (A-Level Practitioner or equivalent).
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
- Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and international best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders effectively.
