REAP HR is hiring on behalf of a reputable hospitality brand in Al Ain seeking a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to join our top class restaurant in Al Ain.
This is an excellent opportunity for passionate culinary professionals looking to grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, and confectionery items.
- Develop innovative dessert concepts aligned with current market and culinary trends.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation standards.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Support inventory control, ingredient preparation, and recipe standardization.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role within hospitality or restaurant environments.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient functionality, and recipe scaling.
- Good understanding of UAE food safety and hygiene standards.
- Creative mindset with the ability to introduce marketable dessert ideas.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Filipino or Nepalese nationals only.
- Must be willing to work full-time in Al Ain, UAE.
