We are looking for an experienced Upholstery Supervisor to lead our luxury car upholstery team.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to oversee high-end interior projects and ensure exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of upholstery technicians
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily workshop activities
- Ensure all upholstery work meets luxury automotive standards
- Inspect finished work for quality, precision, and detailing
- Train and mentor team members on advanced upholstery techniques
- Manage materials, tools, and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with management on project timelines and client requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive upholstery, including leadership experience
- Strong expertise in luxury car interiors (leather, Alcantara, suede, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
